The governance of Grace Evangelical Covenant Church is based on a Leadership Team model made up of the Senior Pastor and 7 elected members from the congregation. The Leadership Team oversees a variety of Ministry Teams made up of a Ministry Team Leader and members of our congregation. These teams are formed to carry out the ministries of Grace. All members and friends of Grace are encouraged to serve in their areas of giftedness.
